How do I add my students?
Open a class and choose "Paste a list of names" to paste names from a spreadsheet or document, or import a CSV file. You can also add students one at a time.
How does QR check-in work?
Start a QR session from a class and display the code on your screen. Students scan it with their own phone camera and check themselves in. No student accounts or app downloads are needed.
How do class reminders work in the iPhone app?
After you take attendance for a class the first time, the app offers to remind you a few minutes before that class meets. Use the bell button on the attendance screen to change or turn off reminders.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings and choose "Export My Data" to download all of your classes, students, and attendance records. This is available on every plan.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and choose "Delete My Account". This permanently deletes your account and all classes, students, and attendance records, and cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed on the ClassTrack website. Sign in at classtrack.net, open Settings, and choose "Manage Billing".
